Information we collect
When you submit the diagnostic or an application, we collect the information you provide: your name, firm name, work email, mobile number, and the firm-profile figures you enter (enquiry volume, average mandate value, response time, and conversion rates).
We also collect limited technical information automatically, including referring page and browser user-agent, to understand how the site is used and to protect against abuse.
Why we collect it
We use your information to assess fit, to respond to your application or diagnostic, to communicate with you about a potential engagement, and to improve our benchmark and methodology in aggregate.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share an individual firm's information with any other firm.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Information is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit.
