Four principles. No exceptions.

Selectivity over scale

One firm per practice area per metro. Period. We do not break this rule for revenue.

Outcomes over hours

Our compensation is bonded to recovered revenue. If we do not move the number, we are not paid.

Discretion over visibility

We do not publicise our client list. We do not tag firms in case studies. Discretion is non-negotiable.

Discipline over novelty

We deploy systems with proven mechanics. We do not experiment on your practice.
